    Citrus colour. Aroma relatively intense, fruity and with floral scent. Fruity, in permanent dialogue between the freshness and some weight and sweetness that the wine presents. It finishes with medium persistence and pleasant to the fruit

    10 - 12ºC
    Vinification
    Total destemming followed by cold crushing. Cold decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control (12 to 14 degrees) for 20 days
