When the company first started, wines were produced and sold wholesale and unbranded. <p></p><p>In Zambujeira do Mar, where the high temperatures of the Alentejo are mitigated by the Atlantic, the concentration typical of inland viticulture is balanced by the freshness and humidity of the sea, leading to ideal maturation. The grapes ripen, thus, in a slow and balanced way, with cool and wet winters, mild summers and the constant presence of the sea winds, creating wines where elegance overrides robustness.</p>
<p></p><p>Sonho Lusitano is a joint project of wine expert Richard Mayson and winemaker Rui Reguinga. The vineyards are located in the Alentejo region, on the slopes of the Serra de São Mamede, between 500 and 560 meters above sea level at the foot of Portalegre</p>

<p></p><p><span>Adega Mayor has 80 hectares of cultivated vineyards in this region of Alentejo, of which 69 are at Herdade das Argamassas and the remaining 11 at Herdade da Godinha. <p></p><p>Intus Red Wine is open in colour, a beautiful ruby red. A very pure aroma of red fruits, with cherries standing out.
