Strong aroma with notes of wood, honey and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and very persistent.<br />Its ageing in oak barrels and its acidity give it the perfect profile to harmonise with dishes traditionally associated with red wines. It pairs perfectly with oily fish; red meats such as goat or lamb; game meats; and white meats such as turkey, duck and chicken. It also goes well with cream or mushroom sauces.</p>

On the nose, it combines aromas of riper fruit, such as apple, plum and lemon peel, with floral notes of acacia and elderflower. In the background, the mineral character, with a soft touch of smoke, gives it great depth and elegance. On the palate, the wine is unctuous and has ample structure. It's elegant and complex. With volume and freshness in perfect balance, it has a long and persistent finish. The acidity is balanced and integrated, giving it a friendly and subtle character.</p> <p>This is a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany a meal. Aged for 18 months in bottle. This is a wine with a strong character, intense, complex and rustic. Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Princípio do Mundo will always be a special edition, only released in exceptional years.</p> <p></p>
