Prats & Symington was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between the well known Bordeaux winemaker, Bruno Prats and the Symington family. It is an independent company specialising in dry red wines which has been at the forefront of the DOC Douro quality revolution and instrumental in driving forward the high quality image of the region.
Deep dark ruby color. Attractive aromas of ripe prune and black cherry. Very full on the palate denoting great structure. Elegant tannins leaving a fresh and long tasting finish

Manual triage is undertaken on a sorting table after which the grapes are de-stemmed before passing through a second berry-by-berry mechanical selection, prior to being gently crushed

<p>Quinta dos Quatro Ventos is located in the Douro Region, in the Uppe rDouro sub region. It has around 46 hectares of vineyard planted with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, andother grape varieties. <p><span>Croft is one of the most distinguished of all Port houses. Founded in 1588, it is the oldest firm still active today as a Port wine producer.
