<p></p><p>Cooperativa Agrícola do Távora CRL is located in the "Távora - Varosa" Demarcated Region, between the Douro and Dão regions.</p> <p>Given its unique conditions - granite soils, primary and poor in limestone, high altitudes, continental temperate climate, among others - makes it a privileged place in the production of apple and wine.</p>
<p></p><p>The Primavera Caves were founded in 1944 by the brothers Vital and Lucénio Rodrigues de Almeida. From small and totally manual installations, the company now has a covered area of 10,000 m2, with technologically advanced equipment.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de Fafide is located on the outskirts of São João da Pesqueira on the River Torto at an average altitude of 550 meters. In this Quinta the grapes reach maturation without any sources of stress, either hydric or thermal, obtaining wines of unusual concentration and elegance.</p>

<p>Bright and expressive, Cartuxa Bruto offers delicate aromas of citrus, green apple, and subtle mineral notes, complemented by elegant hints of toast from its long aging. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity, fine bubbles, and a persistent, refreshing finish. With 12.5% alcohol, this sparkling wine is best served at 10 ºC and pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, or as an elegant aperitif.</p>

<p></p><p>Ataíde Semedo Cuvée Bruto presents on the nose, citrus fruit, light yeast and green apple are revealed. In the mouth the bubble is soft, silky and crémant. Well integrated lively acidity, long and harmonious finish.</p>
