Fermented in stainless steel, it reflects the region’s hallmark freshness and minerality.</p> <p>With a straw color and greenish hues, it offers aromas of citrus zest, orange blossom, and floral notes. On the palate, it’s crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity, medium body, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, salads, or poultry.</p>
