<p>After careful harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo total destemming, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC. Cartuxa White Wine is then aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for nine months, adding richness and complexity. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas combine with subtle floral notes and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. With 13% alcohol, this white is best served at 10–12 ºC and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.</p>

<p></p><p>Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Principio do Mundo White Wine is made from the Alvarinho grape variety from vineyards in Melgaço, this wine macerated and fermented on the skins for approximately 30 days, then aged on its lees for 18 months in Jerez barrels with a flower veil. Aged for 18 months in bottle. This is a wine with a strong character, intense, complex and rustic. Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Princípio do Mundo will always be a special edition, only released in exceptional years.</p> <p></p>

Strong aroma with notes of wood, honey and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and very persistent.<br />Its ageing in oak barrels and its acidity give it the perfect profile to harmonise with dishes traditionally associated with red wines. It pairs perfectly with oily fish; red meats such as goat or lamb; game meats; and white meats such as turkey, duck and chicken. It also goes well with cream or mushroom sauces.</p>
