Ad Aeternum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of 70% Arinto and 30% Alvarinho, sourced from the Minho region. Fermented and aged for 18 months in 500 L French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage, it reflects both the richness of the terroir and the precision of modern winemaking.
Quinta da Venda Ad Aeternum White Wine presents bright citrus-yellow in color, it offers complex aromas of white and yellow stone fruits, delicate oak spice, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is structured yet fresh, with elegant acidity and a long, refined finish. A superb gastronomic wine, perfect with grilled fish, shellfish, white meats, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
