    Torcularium 2021 Rosé Wine

    Torcularium 2021 Rosé Wine is a fresh and vibrant rosé with an expressive profile and a strong sense of origin. Produced from the historic Travessas vineyard, planted in 1932, this is a limited and numbered edition of only 300 bottles, making it a truly rare wine. On the nose, it shows bright aromas of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, lifted by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity, a dry, clean texture and an elegant finish that invites another sip.

    What makes Torcularium Rosé Wine even more distinctive is its traditional production: it is made in a rock-cut stone lagares (lagar rupestre), carved directly into the rock, using ancestral winemaking methods that pay tribute to the region’s heritage. Thanks to its freshness and character, it pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood salads, sushi, Mediterranean dishes, and light pasta recipes. It also works very well with fresh cheeses, white meats, and summer starters, making it an excellent choice for warm days and relaxed yet special meals.
