<p></p><p>Real Companhia Velha is the oldest and most emblematic wine company in Portugal, celebrating 260 years in the service of port wine. The company owns some of the Douro region finest vineyards to produce white port wine, red port wine and Premium port such as vintage and colheitas.</p>

The brand's history is intertwined with the history of the evolution of the Douro Region (demarcated in 1756) and its Porto and table wines (Douro DOC).</p> <p>Dona Antonia, endowed with exceptional energy and a rare commercial talent gave great impetus to wine-growing in Douro and was well-known for her acts of social welfare in the region. Interruption of fermentation by the addition of wine alcohol (96%). Tinta Negra and Verdelho stagiados in Canteiro during 5 years in French oak casks. For this lot we select wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year originated this wine with balanced sugar levels and acidity.</p>
