Winemaker João Cabral Almeida is responsible for several wines. He graduated in Agronomic Engineering in the field of Viticulture and Oenology at the Higher Institute of Agronomy of Lisbon and later did his master's degree in the same area. The grape harvest stages in several Portuguese regions, such as Dão, Alentejo and Douro. He then traveled to gain international experience.
He was an oenologist at Quinta de Santo André (Ribatejo), Quinta do Convento de São Pedro das Águias (Douro) and Quinta da Roga Grande (Dão) and vice-president of the Portuguese Association of Young Enophiles. He is currently a consultant and collaborator in the company of winemaker Anselmo Mendes
