I ordered a month ago and contacted them several times for an update on my order. So far no response at all. Order has been paid and I feel ripped off.

Very efficient and practical

All delvered on time, well packed and as promised. However, chatbot did not work and no response to e-mails. That should be improv ed for trustworthiness
