2 weeks to acknowledge dispatch is really long for an online order

Difficulté pour modifier la commande, et délai livraison un peu long. Bon emballage, mais carton lourd…

No complaints with the service, but the help my delivery as part of my order was not in stock, I would have expected to be informed of the reason for not delivering as normal.I will order from them again.

We did not receive a tracking number.We did not receive the ordered year 2019, but got the year 2020.

Please note that my last order with you was for the Monte da peceguina 2017. The shipment I received was 2018!!!! You can taste the difference yourself. I decided to order my Portugese wone from another supplier. I hope you understand.

Wine was lovely but we lost a bottle and a half due to faulty screw tops . Poorly packed .

It took a long time for my order to come. Admittedly this was mid COVID first wave, but no information was provided about the status of my order or it?s likely despatch date. Was about to ask my credit card for a refund.

Service good re delivery , but I sent an email and pictures of damaged goods and didn?t hear anything .

I bought some of this for 3 euros a bottle. Wasn't expecting much. Reasonably Nice.
