Cartuxa Bruto is a refined sparkling wine crafted exclusively from Arinto, grown in the granitic soils of Alentejo. Grapes are rigorously selected and harvested at optimal ripeness for sparkling base wine. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by six months on fine lees with bâtonnage.
