The second fermentation occurs in bottle using the traditional method, with a long maturation of seven years on the lees in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery, ensuring remarkable finesse and complexity.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto shows bright and elegant, it shows delicate aromas of citrus and white fruits combined with subtle brioche and toasted notes.
