From a careful selection of the best White grapes produced at Quinta de Carapeços is prepared the Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Brut, following the classic champagne method. It is a Sparkling Brut with delicate aroma and palate, fine bubble, citric, slightly tropical, long and soft finish.
