    Intense and complex citrus aroma with mineral toasty notes. Rich plate with fruit flavors with a fresh balanced acidity. The finish is long with a good balance. Long and persistent finish

    Grapes selected by hand and pressed at 5ºC. 90% of the grapes are from the newvintage, and the last 10% from the old harvest, with a fermentation and ageing in oak barrels for 6 months
