<p>Encosta do Sobral Touriga Nacional Red Wine is a tantalizing delight for all wine aficionados. This exquisite wine presents itself in an intense shade of red, capturing the eye before it even touches your lips. The initial impression is marked by a harmonious blend of floral and fruity aromas that awaken the senses. Upon tasting, this wine reveals its true character; a fresh, balanced and unctuous Touriga. It's soft yet prominent tannins create a memorable palate, underlining the wine's excellent depth. A persistent finish leaves a lasting impression, making each sip an unforgettable experience. The ideal consumption temperature lies between 16ºC and 18ºC, ensuring the perfect balance of flavor and aroma. This wine is matured in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months, followed by bottle-ageing for 10 months before it is ready to hit the market. This meticulous process guarantees a quality taste experience with every sip, making every bottle of Encosta do Sobral Touriga Nacional Red Wine a testament to the art of fine winemaking.</p>

<p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca zone. With the mission to respect our history, we preserve these iconic vineyards planted on a soil that was once traversed by the River Tejo, leaving its mark in the form of rounded pebbles. This gives rise to wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. In order to accurately determine the harvest date, we value the control of maturation with frequent sample collection. We assess and cross various parameters beyond the essentials with the goal of certifying the superior quality of these wines. <br /><br />Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes, grape selection on the sorting table directly to the press, gentle and rapid pressing to avoid the oxidation of the must and excess of vegetable components. Static clarification for two days with the lees in suspension. Fermentation at 14ºC. After fermentation, 20% of the wine was aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months. The wine was then stabilized and filtered.</p>
