Its medium-bodied yet solid structure supports a range of flavors, including red fruits, dried fruit, chocolate, caramel, coffee, nuts, and warm spices, with a long, spicy finish. The wine's production process involves careful grape harvesting, mechanical crushing, partial destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging in century-old barrels and vats, contributing to its structure and complexity.<br /><br />The blend includes Portugal's finest grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Barroca. It pairs well with classic blue cheeses and chocolate-based desserts. Best served at 16–17°C, the Quinta do Infantado Vintage 2020 also has excellent bottle aging potential, able to develop additional complexity over the years under ideal cellar conditions. This wine epitomizes the rich tradition of Portuguese winemaking.</p>
