    The Pacheca White Port is presented with a golden yellow color. The aroma feels a mix of notes of citrus fruits, roasted nuts and honey. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant with a slightly fatty / buttery finish

    Vinification
    The frapes are transported to the winery where they undergo partial fermentation maceration, so there is some extraction of dye, body and aroma. Then the must is pressed and ermentation follows the scheme of white wine to the fortification
