Orchard fruit such as white plum and citrus fruits of extreme elegance, notes of green tea and delicate hints of mint from the stream. Surrounded by well-integrated wood bringing sweet spices, dried fruit and brioche, all set against a limestone backdrop that lingers in the memory. On the palate it's elegant, exquisite in the balance between the generosity of the body, full of substance and vibrant freshness. The finish is marvellous in its length and envelopment.</p>
