Quinta do Monte D'Oiro Reserva White Wine presents a delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, discreet fruit and sea air. The mouth is deep and broad, with good acidity and saline finish. Well integrated barrels, with structure, volume and enormous elegance.
<p></p><p>Made from Malvasia, has abundant mineral notes in the aroma and dry vegetation, all of it fine, discreet and away from fads. The acid balance is good, is smooth in the mouth and allows a nice race at this time. The set is correct but something undefined.</p>
<p>Vale da Mata White Wine presents golden colour with greenish nuances. On the nose, it offers a fine, mineral, and complex aroma, often with notes of citrus (like lemon zest and lime peel), green apple, wet stone, and subtle spice from its barrel aging.</p> <p>On the palate, it is a well-structured wine with good volume, pronounced acidity, and distinct minerality, contributing to a fresh and mouthwatering finish. It can also show flavors of ripe peach and a good textural weight, leading to a long and persistent end.
