    Tasting Notes
    Crystalline appearance with a very fine and persistent bubble. Complex aroma with notes of red fruit jelly, biscuit, toasted cereal. Fresh and crisp flavor, distinct mouth volume, captivating mousse and persistent finish.

    Vinification
    Total destemming, soft and delicate pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Cashew Berry was used only 40% of the yield of the grape. Sparkling by the classical method.

    18 months in basement and 3 months after degorgement.
