Caves de São João Reserva Bruto is produced from the Bical, Maria Gomes, Chardonnay, Arinto and Baga grape varieties. It has a straw citrus yellow colour. Intense aroma with notes of flower petals, citrus peel, apricot, pineapple and bakery. Flavour with aromatic sensations of direct olfaction, it is fresh and well balanced.
<p>Caves de São João Reserva Bruto is produced from the Bical, Chardonnay, Arinto and Maria Gomes grape varieties. It has a citrus yellow colour; an intense aroma with light toast, citrus, dried flowers and dried vegetable notes. On the palate it has a fresh attack, good structure and balance, and its acidity gives it a beautiful persistence of flavour, complemented by the remarkable aromas on the palate.</p>

<p></p> <p>CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.<br />CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. <p></p><p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>
<p></p><p>On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.<br />In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.</p>
