An excellent sparkling Monsaraz produced in the Alentejo region
CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region. CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. CARMIM also produces brandy and oils of recognized quality

Produced for the first time in the 50 ’s, this sparkling red wine production was led by a French winemaker from Burgundy region who, at the time, managed the winemaking of Aliança Vinhos de Portugal and developed a Crémant red in Portugal

Casa Senhorial do Reguengo is a family estate dedicated exclusively to the production of quality sparkling wine based on vinho verde. Currently it has a production of 35.000 bottles of sparkling wine distributed by the best national wine stores

Prior Lucas Falala Pearl is a pure limestone sparkling wine with a fascinating history.

Prior Lucas Falala has a pearl colour and very fine bubbles. Aromatically, dried fruit and some citrus fruit stand out. On the palate, the mousse crumbles delicately, leaving a creamy, dry sensation with a lingering finish.

Sidonio de Sousa, recognized for having amongst the oldest of the baga vines in Bairrada, continues to make wine in the traditional way, resulting in juicy, fruit‐forward exquisite wines aged in old Portuguese oak, rare nowadays even in Portugal

Casal Garcia was born in 1939, a year in which the vintage was particularly good. Returning by train from the grape harvest in the Douro, the French oenologist Euge Hisse decided to interrupt his journey to Oporto after passing the vines of the Quinta da Aveleda, in Penafiel. The name came about by itself, since the wine was produced from one of the vines of Aveleda: that of Casal Garcia
