<p></p><p>Quinta da Pedreira Reserva Bruto Sparking White WIne is the result of the rigorous selection of grape varieties at Quinta da Pedreira, where Maria Gomes and Bical predominate.<br /></p><p>Very careful viticulture throughout the year was fundamental to the winemaking of this sparkling wine. particularly with regard to phytosanitary treatments, ripeness control and the cutting of the grapes at the ideal time for making the base wine.</p>
