Quinta da Biaia Fonte da Vila Siria is a wine of great aromatic complexity, showing intensity as well as precision and elegance. Notes of dried fruits, gunpowder, truffles and grapefruit, in tasting we have a perfect marriage between creaminess and freshness!
A delicate work of creating an exclusive and sublime wine, from the Syrian grape variety from the oldest vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in French oak barrels on fine lees for 30 months. Ageing in bottle for 4 months.
Quinta da Biaia is certified for organic production from grape to bottle, which enhances all its unique characteristics and profile, combined with an average altitude of 750 meters giving rise to wines with a strong acidity that is its backbone.
No synthetic or animal product is used in the winemaking process. The wines can be integrated in a Vegetarian and Vegan diet
