<p></p><p>Teoria is a company that started its activity in 2010. The property is situated in Celeirós do Douro, a vineyard village in the heart of the Douro Valley classified by UNESCO as "World Heritage Site".</p> <p>Teoria's portfolio includes not only red, white, rosé and sparkling wine but also late harvest and olive oil.</p>
<p></p><p>The Quinta do Filoco vineyards produce the best nectars of the Douro region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vineyards and the Cellar were being modernized with new equipment, combining tradition and modernity in the well know how to make wine. The vineyards stretched along 130 hectares, surrounded by thickets with typically Mediterranean vegetation that contribute to the unique terroir of the Filoco wines.</p>
<p></p><p>The Lés-a-Lés project came from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos' desire to recover old grape varieties and styles of wines that almost no longer exist in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just like the expression "Lés-a-Lés" in Portuguese means "to go from one end to the other".</p>
<p></p><p>Pinteivera White Wine presents radiant colour, pale yellow hue flecked with gold. Complex nose with expressive releasing fruity (apricot, citrus) and floral (acacia) notes, along with honey and vanilla. This fresh, full-bodied wine is broad on entry to the palate and shows a lovely minerality and floral aromas on the finish.</p>
