<p>Quinta do Crasto Vinhas Velhas is deep ruby in colour. The nose shows a particular complexity, with notes of gum cistus and fresh spice, very well integrated with exuberant aromas of wild fruits. <p>It all began in 1918 when on 15 August, a few months before the Armistice, Manoel Domingues Poças Júnior, born in the heart of the Port Wine hustle and bustle, decided to establish his own company.<br />With his uncle, he created a company to sell grape spirits to large Port Wine shippers. Soon afterwards he opened the head offices in Vila Nova de Gaia, where they remain to this date.<br />Today, with three quintas in the best winemaking areas of the Douro Demarcated Region, Poças ensures its total control over the quality of its wines and the family is more involved than ever before</p>

<p>Voyeur is a wine fermented and macerated in clay vats of 1000 litres during several months. In each talha ferment and macerate an old vine from a different place in the Douro. Here the grape varieties are a secondary factor, giving importance to the complexity of the blend, including the white varieties. Vines between 40 and 50 years old, from high areas, with a fresher profile so that they can macerate for months without losing their character.</p>
