    Redoma 2022 Rosé Wine

    Redoma Rosé offers an austere aromatic profile, with notes of dried flowers, red berries and a delicate smoky character. The palate offers plenty of freshness as well as some body. The wine’s fresh berry notes are balanced out superbly by its minerality, ending in a lasting and delicate finish.

    Niepoort launched their first Rose in 1999, with the aim of proving that Ros can also be wines of great quality. Produced from old vines and fermented in barrels, the Redoma Rosis a well-balanced wine best suited as a versatile accompaniment to food.

    Salmon colour. The aromas are still slightly shy but vibrant nevertheless, promising to develop further in the bottle. The palate offers plenty of freshness as well as some body

    Vinification
    After careful selection, they were pressed rapidly at a low temperature to avoid oxidation and any great extraction of colour. The must was fermented in 228 litre French oak barrels for approximately 2 months
