    Ruby color loaded. Aroma to berries, forest, with elegant notes of mocha and coffee. In the mouth it is enveloping with good freshness, evident fruit with great complexity. Tannins firm but soft, long and persistent.

    The grapes were duly selected, de-stemmed and partially crushed, and the fermentation process was carried out afterwards for 15 days, completed with 8 days of maceration.
