    Yellow citrus colour. Intense citrus and spicy smell. It impresses in the mouth thanks to its acidity, retronasal flavour and full body. The finish is creamy, intense and balanced, leaving good memories and asking for another glass of wine

    Full destemming and light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for about two weeks at a temperature around 16° c. Settling and élevage in stainless steel vessels
