Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga Sparkling Rosé Wine
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga Bruto is a distinguished sparkling wine from Portugal's Dão region, uniquely crafted from the red Baga grape using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). This wine is part of the "O Fugitivo" line, which celebrates rare and exceptional expressions, drawing inspiration from Casa da Passarella's ancestral winemaking techniques.
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga sparkling wine presents a clear and brilliant appearance with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals inviting yeasty and bakery notes (a result of extended lees aging), beautifully intertwined with nuances of red and wild berries. The palate is elegant, intense, and sophisticated, featuring a creamy mousse and a vibrant, fine acidity. Flavors of strawberry and wild berries linger on a long, refined finish, showcasing its complexity and freshness. Its versatility and sophistication make it an excellent choice for refined appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, light white meats, and even classic desserts, making it perfect for special occasions.
