<p></p><p>Casal do Paço has belonged to the family of Vasco Croft since the 17th century. It has the soul of an old Quinta, and was the starting point of the Aphros project. It extends over some 20 hectares of land and forest, six of which are vineyards and four of chestnut orchards.</p> <p>Aphros Melissae 2018 White Wine is produced in the Vinho Verde region from white grapes of Loureiro</p>
<p></p><p>The vines that make Textura da Estrela Red Wine have around 25 to 60 years old, in granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4,5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub region) is a terroir where the labels “Textura da Estrela” comes from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pump-overs in the first days of fermentation and then only cap management. Results in a very typical Dão reflecting their genuine terroir and sense of place</p>

<p></p><p>Located between Mangualde and Nelas, in place of Abrunhosa do Mato, Quinta dos Roques is well the example of the spirit with which the new Dão is being built. From the early Roques, more than a century ago, the vine and wine are part of the daily life of this family</p>
<p></p><p>The Conde de Anadia wines are born at the Palace of the Condes Anadia in Mangualde-Viseu.<br />Wine production on the estate dates back to the 18th century. Within the walls of the Palace we find the 10 hectares of vineyards, planted at 500 meters of altitude in granite soils, framed to the west by the majestic Serra da Estrela and flanked by the forest of the property. Belonging to the demarcated region of the Dão (sub-region Terras de Azurara) in the vineyards of the Palace we find the typical varieties of the Dão region: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Encruzado.</p>
