<p></p><p>Monte Velho Red was launched for the first time in 1992, its name comes from the monte located next to the Caridade reservoir, at Herdade do Espor. At the time, the wine boasted the same origin and philosophy as Espor Reserva but was created to reach more people and make daily wine consumption an experience.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de São José de Peramanca is located five kilometres from Évora, on National Road 114. The large and traditional house, marked by baroque architecture, and the church of San José adjacent to it facilitate identification. With 34 hectares, the Quinta has in the manor house and in its vineyard its greatest patrimony.</p> <p>As for the peculiar name of the Quinta "Peramanca" (Pedra-Manca), it means "oscillating stone, not very safe", is explained by the existence in the region of large granite stones in oscillating balance. Since Roman times and over the centuries, the surroundings to the west of Évora have been considered as one of the most important regions producing quality wine, and the area has become known as "Terras de Peramanca", given the abundance of these oscillating stones.</p>

<p></p><p>It began almost two decades ago, the passion and pleasure that the people of Quinta do Sobreiro do Cima put in the products that lead to themselves. To the regional development of Trás-os-Montes and the site of Santa Valha and Rio Torto, evidencing the history and wine-growing of these lands, this group allied the identity of its roots to a business project of creation and development of agro-alimentary products of high quality.</p>
<p></p><p>Single vineyard Dão red wine from a field blend block at 600 meters altitude, 55-year-old vines planted in granite soils. The main grape varieties are Jaen, Baga, Alfrocheiro, Tinto-Cão and Tinta Pinheira. Indigenous yeasts and fermentation in a vat with 30-day cuvaison make this wine a distinct wine, with delicate aromas, nice minerality and very fine tannins. It is elegant, intense and pure.</p>
<p></p><p>The Adega Madre de Agua - Serra da Estrela is located in the region of Dão, producing some of the best national wines, owners of great quality and elegance.</p>

<p></p><p>The Quinta dos Picos do Couto has a very special meaning for FTP Wine. It was on this Thursday, in the beginning of the 90s, that the wine production of FTP Vinhos began.<br />This farm, in the municipality of Tábua, with all the others that over the years has been added to it, centralizes the entire vineyard production of FTP Vinhos in the south of the demarcated region of Dão, totaling already an area of more than 30 Ha of vineyard.<br />The Picos do Couto brand, originating in the name of this farm, represents wines with a modern and appealing profile, according to new trends</p>
