Tasting Notes
Intense ruby color. Intense aroma of black fruits, prunes, violets and light toasted. Bulky, fresh and structured attack. Silky tannins. Good taste persistence.

16 - 18ºC
Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and destemming, they were macerated for 1 week and a half in a tub with a pneumatic treadmill.
Ageing
After the malolactic fermentation the wine partially aged in oak barrels.
