Tasting Notes
Exuberant aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime. Vibrant, fresh palate with a firm acidity and a persistent finish.
Vinification
The grapes, harvested during the fresh dawn period, were destemmed and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days.
Ageing
Stage in fine lees with regular agitation.
