Color golden straw. The aromas reveal subtle suggestions of pineapple and banana. Very integrated wood with discreet nuance of vanilla. Very balanced with soft notes of green apple and grapefruit

Vinification
The grapes harvested at the ideal maturation point are gently crushed and the wort obtained is then clarified. The alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel vats and then continues in oak barrels
