    Pinot Noir harvested at the beginning of August 2013. Whole grapes gently cold pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Vintage in April 2014 using the classic method. Ageing on the lees in bottle for 107 months. Degorgement March 2023.
