<p>Élevage Red Wine presents a complex and pure aroma, dominated by notes of ripe red fruit such as plum, blackberry, and sour cherry. These are beautifully complemented by hints of white pepper and a subtle mentholated freshness, adding sophistication. On the palate, it is an intense, deep, and fresh wine, with elegant and smooth tannins that contribute to a rich, enveloping texture. The aromatic purity experienced on the nose is fully confirmed in the mouth, culminating in a sublime and harmonious wine with a long, persistent finish.</p> <p>With an alcohol content of around 14% ABV, the Herdade do Sobroso Élevage Tinto is best served between 16ºC and 18ºC.
