White Wine from Torre de Palma with a rich fruit flavour
The estate of Torre de Palma is located in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, in Monforte. Enjoying the site climate of the Serra de São Mamede and a natural method, resulting in a perfect combination to produce unique wines, in harmony with nature.
The several plots of vines are planted in balanced soils, giving privilege to natural methods. Carefully blended from a number of Portuguese indigenous varieties such has Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Miúda (for the reds) or Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho (for the whites). This is a project crafted by the awarded winemaker Duarte de Deus, practically crafted by hand, in small quantities and with an artisan spirit.

With a bright lemon colour, it is very aromatic on the nose, with vibrant citrus notes perfectly combined with delicate floral hints and a fresh, marked minerality. Harmonious beginning that leads to a balanced wine with a fresh texture. The palate offers lemony and mineral notes and a vibrant acidity that provides great persistence to the finish

Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Barcelo displays a citrine color. The nose is elegant and complex, offering notes of white fruits (like yellow plum and lychee) and melon, intertwined with mineral, floral, and subtle toasted oak nuances. On the palate, it is remarkably fresh and elegant, with depth and tension, complemented by spicy notes and a prolonged finish. Its full-bodied yet fresh profile makes it a versatile pairing for grilled fatty fish, seafood, white meats, light and fresh salads, and various vegetable dishes

Anselmo Mendes was born and raised in Monção. It was there that since childhood he became familiar with the culture of the vineyard and the production of wine.
The Alvarinho grape variety and its wine, produced there, entered his life in such a way that today Anselmo Mendes and Alvarinho are related

Paulo Laureano began to be known for being one of the most productive consultant oenologists in Alentejo, one of the most sought-after oenologists considered by the new wave of producers who arrived in the Alentejo in the mid-90's. He was also known as Mr. Mouchão when he started to lead the oenology team of this classic Alentejo producer, as well as his classic mustaches that stand out from the crowd

Herdade Grande Chardonnay White Wine has a pale lemon colour, with greenish reflections. Very refined on the nose, where the grape variety gradually reveals a seductive floral side, with jasmine and honeysuckle, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it reinforces its purity and elegance, with a certain unctuousness, well balanced by freshness. A fine, gastronomic finish.

A versatile sparkling wine, full of elegance, very pleasant, perfect as a relaxing appetiser or with sea dishes, namely oysters and sushi. The bubble is of great finesse; Atlantic profile, mineral, with an intense and refreshing finish.

The family Leal da Costa, direct descendant of Count D'Ervideira, the century successful farmer, are the owners of Herdade do Monte da Ribeira and Herdadinha

Joaquim Arnaud Arundel Number Four is a wine made in honour of his ancestor Guilherme Arnao, a descendant of the Earls of Arundel in England. It shows notes of ripe red and black fruit, as well as spices and cocoa, surprisingly elegant with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
