



Respiro Clarete is a vibrant and elegant field blend from Cabeças do Reguengo, produced in the high-altitude granite slopes of Serra de São Mamede in Portalegre, Alentejo. Made from a mix of around 14–16 native red and white grape varieties—including Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Antão Vaz—this wine revives the traditional clarete style. It’s naturally fermented in concrete tanks, with a long maceration and aging in old barrels, capturing the purity and character of century-old vines.
Respiro Clarete presents pale ruby in color with pomegranate reflections, it reveals fresh aromas of red berries, floral hints, and a light smoky minerality. On the palate, it’s dry, crisp, and finely textured with a refreshing acidity and soft tannins. Light in body but full of personality, this wine is perfect served slightly chilled and pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, salads, and light Mediterranean dishes.
