The aroma is expressive, intense and enveloping. The fruits of the forest mixed with floral notes of violets, enveloped in a shy note of toast and pepper win us over immediately. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels gives it complexity and structure, but also elegance and balance. A Reserva that finishes long, that persists and insists on winning us over.</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta do Souto Alicante Bouschet Red Wine presents wide-ranging aromatic expression: forest floor, scrub, pine needles and discreet notes of fennel, then giving way to black fruits (blackberry, blueberry), black plum and hints of liquorice. On the palate some chocolate, mushroom/truffle and hints of smoke, showing the good integration of the barrel. Monumental in the mouth, with several layers providing fascinating complexity. Refined tannins combine with good acidity (discreet but present), enhancing the formidable structure. An eminently gastronomic wine with great potential for long storage.</p>

<p></p><p>Mainada Touriga Nacional Red Wine</p> <p>Planted in a soil characterized by shale and granite, the grapes are of an integrated production regime, having been harvested according to their perfect state of maturity. Manual harvest, in 20Kg boxes, and during the night, providing a more careful selection and better preserving the aromas. In the cellar, they passed the selection table where a rigorous selection is made, with entrance to the gravity fermentation vats. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Little intervention in the entire process and low sulphurous content.</p>
