Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga sparkling wine presents a clear and brilliant appearance with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals inviting yeasty and bakery notes (a result of extended lees aging), beautifully intertwined with nuances of red and wild berries. The palate is elegant, intense, and sophisticated, featuring a creamy mousse and a vibrant, fine acidity. On the nose, it offers inviting red fruit aromas like cherry and raspberry, complemented by vegetal notes and sometimes a hint of spice. The palate is elegant, delicate, and remarkably complex, featuring well-integrated yet soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. Its refined character makes it a versatile pairing, excellent with richer fish dishes, white meats (poultry, pork), lighter red meats, and tomato-based dishes.</p>

Currently the vineyard area extends over 12 hectares in 5 distinct plots and 2 ha of olive grove</p>
