The Druida were wise men of Celtic origin who sought to attain spiritual balance throught nature's equilibrium. <br />Druida and Vidente wines are just that, a pursuit for balance with the utmost respect for nature. <p>When tasting, expect a deep purple or intense red color. The aroma is complex and expressive, with notes of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), black fruits, spices (pepper, cocoa), smoky and mineral touches, and sometimes nuances of Chinese ink. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, and elegant, with present but assertive and well-integrated tannins. It boasts vibrant acidity, good mouthfeel, and a long, dry, and fresh finish, where fruit and spices linger, sometimes with a slight bitter note contrasting the fruit's sweetness. This wine's structure, freshness, and complexity make it highly versatile for food pairing, ideal with roasted or grilled red meats, game dishes, soft or aged cheeses, and rich stews.</p>
