<p>CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.<br />CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. On the palate, the acidity is present and well integrated, with a medium body and an elegant finish that allows us to make the most of this grape variety planted on the Alentejo plains. The grapes were harvested early in order to obtain a wine with a low alcohol content and generous acidity, thus creating a very balanced and highly challenging wine.</p> <p></p>
