Mamoré de Borba Vinho Talha da Rita 2018 White Wine
Marmoré de Borba Talha da Rita White WIne presents itself fine and very pure on the nose; saline, firm, vibrant, very elegant and surprisingly light flavor. A beautiful carved wine, with alcohol disguised by the excellent acidity, a differentiating wine, provocative, of a very high level
The Sovibor - Soc. Vinhos de Borba, Lda. Is a Commercial Society by Quotas constituted by public deed, the 16 of December of 1968. It is the result of the merger of two small producers who started their activities many years before 1968 and later created the firms Manuel Joaquim Mira and Domingos Luiz Pinto & Filho, Lda., Both with wide traditions in the wine field. Therefore, and as a result of such merger, SOVIBOR is managed by people traditionally linked to the wine business.

The family Leal da Costa, direct descendant of Count D'Ervideira, the century successful farmer, are the owners of Herdade do Monte da Ribeira and Herdadinha

A 23-year-old winemaker and an English winemaker could only go wrong. "Portuguese winemaker António Maçanita and English consultant and winemaker David Booth met in early 2004. Over the next few months, Antonio was already learning viticulture with David and a great friendship developed. The next step would be to make wine. First wine, first success, with the Alentejo Trophy at the International Wine Challenge, awarded for the second time in 22 years of competition

Guadelim Alfrocheiro is a powerful and full-bodied red wine from Alentejo, with notes of red fruits and aromatic herbs. It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, lamb, game, stews and casseroles, aged cheeses, and pasta dishes with rich sauces.

On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.
In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.
