Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of Alentejo vineyard, Tiago Cabaço got used very early to share the countryside and to work in the vineyards and in the cellar with his parents. It was through this journey that, as a child, he learned secrets from the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and all the universe associated with him, which he still applies in his day-to-day life. In 2004 he created the Tiago Cabaço Winery brand, the project in his own name

Paulo Laureano began to be known for being one of the most productive consultant oenologists in Alentejo, one of the most sought-after oenologists considered by the new wave of producers who arrived in the Alentejo in the mid-90's.

Quinta do Mouro is located at the gates of the city of Estremoz, and belonged for centuries to the Zagalos family, one of the wealthiest in town. This original "quinta" in Alentejo, where the vast estates dominate, has an 18th century grooved house, charming gardens, bowls and 18th century tanks. In 1979, at the age of 26, luck dictated Miguel Louro's fate at a poker table, among friends, when he had the dilemma of buying a Porsche or Quinta do Mouro. The first hectares of vineyard would be planted in 1989, after a failed incursion into cattle breeding, and today he is one of the most iconic wine producers in the region.

Dory Rosé presents a bright, enticing salmon-pink color. On the nose, it offers great aromatic intensity, highlighting its freshness and youth. You'll find hints of vegetable notes followed by fruit aromas, such as peach and strawberry, in a well-balanced and sharp profile. On the palate, it's medium-bodied yet properly structured, combining bright acidity with fruity freshness, leading to an elegant, vibrant finish. It's known for being a lively and balanced wine.

On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.
In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.
