AdegaMãe Sauvignon Blanc White Wine presents a bright, clear citrus color. On the nose, it boasts tremendous aromatic intensity, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. You'll find prominent green components like chopped pod vegetables, asparagus, and sometimes raw tomato leaf, alongside tropical notes such as passion fruit and lychee. It can also present subtle hints of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is equally intense and vibrant, with a crisp, fresh acidity beautifully balanced by the fruit. It shows good body, which can be enhanced by lees contact, leading to a lively, intense, and persistent finish.
