<p></p><p>Monte Bluna Vital has a straw yellow colour. The aroma is very distinctive, characterised by quality and a remarkable richness of multiple dimensions. It has white-fleshed fruit, delicate floral notes and hints of herbs. The wood is well integrated and brings dried fruit and brioche, all set against a limestone background that lingers in the memory. On the palate it's elegant, exquisite in the balance between the generosity of the body, full of substance and vibrant freshness. The finish is marvellous in its length and envelopment.</p>
<p></p><p>Adega Mãe Colheita Tardia White Wine is the result of a very particular winemaking process, triggered by grapes in the process of dehydration, caused by the Botrytis Cinerea fungus - the so-called noble rot that distinguishes the world's iconic Late Harvest wines.</p> <p>This wine is aromatically rich, combining the presence of orange peel, figs and honey in perfect harmony. An enveloping body, sweetness and acidity in balance, with a rich finish and great persistence</p>

And it is from this experience that the project was born with a sui generis concept that promises to offer the best and to surprise wine lovers. <p></p><p>Quinta de Pancas is located 45 kilometers northwest of Lisbon, at Santo Estevão and Triana parish, the so-called "Alto Concelho de Alenquer" next to the place of Pancas. The lands of Alenquer extend between the Serra de Montejunto and the flatlands of the right bank of the Tagus river, unfolding in a landscape of mountains, hills, valleys and plains</p>
